March 7, 2015 ‘To Whom it May Concern: ‘This is a letter of reference in behalf of Brian Austin. Brian has continued to impress me over the years [have known him in 4-H, FFA, School, Sports activities, and on their family farm. For the past 9 years Brian has been a member of the Westside Hi-Steppers 4-H club. As the administrative leader and a project leader I have seen Brian grow and develop into a hard working young man. Brian has been a very big help in our club and in the community, with fund raisers at the club house and food drives for our local food parties along with helping other members with their projects. Brian has expanded on his ability to accomplish high honors in both the beef and goat projects. There is a lot of hard work that goes into these projects and I have watched him work on those goals. Over the years Brian and his family has twice taken another club member in to help them with their beef project at their farm. This is what I would call a very good opportunity for Brian to lean but also help someone else with leadership. Itis not only 4-H that shows Brian's dedication to hard work but how he also excels in his sports activates, along with his involvement in FFA and his determination in his academic work at school. As the administrative leader of our club J value the hard work that Brian has expressed. Brian is a striving young man who will go on to do bigger and better things in life. Thighly recommend Brian. If you have any questions about Brian please feel free to contact me after Spm at (517)531- 4705. Sincerely, Poe Yacler Pam Harding Administrative Leader Westside Hi-Steppers 4-H Club
