Braeburn Elementary is the ideal school in the Houston Gulfton
area for LEP students and students reading below grade level
because we offer:
a.

a high quality ESL program with continuous monitoring and


support.

b.

early transition to English for selected students.

c.

a systematic reading program that targets students

Background
Braeburn Elementary School is located in the Gulfton area
in Southwest Houston. We work to provide a strong ESL
program and transition all students to English only
instruction by 3rd grade.
