Requirements for the presentation of the skit are as follows: 1. Read about Feudalism or the Crusades. 2. Choose a Topic: write information in your notebook from Feudalism page 160 or the Crusades page 174. 3. Set the scene: As a group decide where your skit will take place. Choose one or several different locations. 4. Brainstorm ideas for your skit: -- Identify 2 problems/conflicts in the skit (feudalism land dispute, knights going to war) (crusades holy war, conflicts between the king and pope power struggle) -- Identify characters/parts and assign who will be each actor. Each student must be at least one character. 4. Write a script for your skit: -- 2-3 pages long for a 5 minute skit -- The written skit must be handed into me at the end of class. 5. Present -- Everyone in the group must be included in an important way, in other words, everyone must have a spoken part.
