I moved my inquiry question into my thesis statement by re wording
my original cause of my research and included my three most helpful
and knowledgeable topics when it came to the question. This allowed
me to provide background information for both the audience and
myself. As well as form a base to start my essay. I would say, overall, I
am proud of this draft. I pride myself on never putting out bad work. I
dont want my name associated with sub par writing. With that being
said, I liked how I was able to talk from different points in this essay.
For example, in the endorsements part of my essay, I pull from the
networks perspective and the process they go through in order to
approve of the endorsement for the employee. I was able to describe
new information from two sides, which was something I had not done
too frequently prior to this assignment.
