DESIGN AND ESTIMATION OF VILLAS

A villa was originally an ancient Roman upper-class country house. Since its origins in
the Roman villa, the idea and function of a villa have evolved considerably. After the fall of
the Roman Republic, villas became small farming compounds, which were increasingly
fortified in Late Antiquity, sometimes transferred to the Church for reuse as a monastery.
Then they gradually re-evolved through the Middle Ages, into elegant upper-class country
homes. In modern parlance 'villa' can refer to various types and sizes of residences, ranging
from the suburban "semi-detached" double villa to residences in the wild landurban
interface.
We considered a proposed Villa which is situated in Timber Leaf Township located at
Shamshabad, Hyderabad. The Timber Leaf Township is an initiative project of Suchirindia
Infra Tech Pvt Lmt.
We under the guidance of the Chief Engineer at the project site will be analysing the layout
and structural drawing of the villa and design the members of the buildings and prepare
estimates by computing quantities of different works from the architectural drawings and
structural drawings. The Bill of Quantities will also be prepared by us, with reference to SSR
2014. The estimation of various types of buildings such as (Villa, club house, STP structure)
will be executed by us.
