Odell Beckham Jr. was born on November 5, 1992.


He was born in New Orleans,Lahis parents was Odell Beckham Sr. and Heather Van Norman. His father, Odell Beckham Sr. played running back for
LSU(1989-92). His mom,Heather Van Norman ran
track at LSU. His mom was a all-purpose national
track champion. He attended Isidore Newman
High School.

College Career

Odell Jr. was an all-purpose standout as a Louisiana prep. As a true freshman in 2011 (wore
jersey No. 33).Was the Paul Hornung Award winner as the nation's most versatile player in '13
when he broke the LSU single-season allpurpose yards record (2,315) and snagged 591,152-8 (19.5) in 13 starts at "X" receiver.
Changed his number to #3.

Odell Beckham Jr, the New York Giants wide receiver, has already written his name indelibly
across his debut season in the NFL, setting a series
of team and league records. Last weekend he scored
three touchdowns against the Washington Redskins to take his season's haul to nine in 10 games
and improve still further his chances of being voted
offensive rookie of the year despite missing the
first four weeks with injury

Odell Beckham Jr. is best known for the unbelievable touchdown catch he
made against the Dallas Cowboys on November 23rd. While he is just
completing his rookie season, he finished as a
top 10 Wide Receiver, was

The Catch

As the quarterback Eli Manning's throw


arced towards the corner, Beckham barged
past the Dallas cornerback Brandon Carr before launching himself backwards through
the air at the four-yard line. He caught the
ball onehanded three yards further on, his momentum carrying him into the endzone. For
sheer athleticism and hand-eye coordination, it was a moment to match Gordon
Banks' save from Pele in the 1970 World
Cup.
