    In these two appeals appellants have challenged the common ex-

    parte ad-interim order dated April 23, 2009. Counsel for the appellants
    state that in view of the subsequent order of Securities and Exchange
    Board of India dated March 31, 2015 these two appeals do not survive,
    hence, counsel for the appellants seeks liberty to withdraw both the
    Appeals as well as Misc. Applications.

    Accordingly, both the Appeals as well as Misc. Applications filed

    thereunder are allowed to be withdrawn with no order as to costs.
