Subject: Proposal for Funding Our Trip to Nagi

On behalf of the Students of B-ECON, I am pleased to present this proposal

for your review. I am planning to take Economics students for an educational
tour to Nangi for a week during this upcoming mid-semester break. The main
purpose of our visit would be to study about tourism promotion around the
place. We would also seek to explore other socio-economic aspects of local
people.
As you know, such trips are always beneficial for students to enhance and
extend our knowledge and information that they get in class. This trip will
particularly help students to get first hand information about tourism
situation in the place and to evaluate how it generates revenue for the local
people. I have further explained about our objectives of field trip in the
abstract below.

Abstract
The main purpose of this educational trip to Nangi is to study about
tourism sector of this place. Nangi is one of the famous places in Nepal for
both local and international tourism. We will focus this trip mainly on tourism
because it is an important aspect of Nepalese Economy which is growing
rapidly. In addition to tourism, this trip will also be an important opportunity
for students to study about farming, other daily economic activities, women
participation and use of technologies and telecommunication to provide
health services for local people. Getting to learn these aspects firsthand
would be an invaluable educational experience for students to enhance their
academic knowledge and skills.
