Thank you for your interest in Lake Moon Festival, a free celebration of art, music and family activities hosted
by Concordia University Wisconsin. While most of the programming is confirmed, limited space is available for
organizations or companies who will enhance the experience of our guests. Interested groups are encouraged to
complete this application in detail for consideration.

Selected vendors will be charged $30 for the rental and installation of a 10x10 tent, eight foot table and two
chairs. All displays are subject to the approval of the Lake Moon Festival committee.
