    I believe my strengths are:

    My ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.


    AM care.
    Taking vital signs.
    Pulling, dispensing and giving patients their medications.
    Giving subcutaneous injections.
    Charting using Meditech.
    Preparing nebulizers.
    In/out catheterization.
    Tracheostomy care and suctioning.

    What are my areas for development at the end of the semester?
