consideration. I will be done with my Practical Nursing program in August 2015. I am confident
that my practical experience with Etobicoke General, Sunnybrook Heath Sciences Centre, and
Baycrest, being fresh in mind, would be beneficial to your facility.
Fortified knowledge in medication administration whether by mouth, via G tube feed,
transdermal, etc., dealing with dynamic behaviors specifically with those of cognitive
impairment, dressing changes, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, wound dressings and
irrigations, and catheterization as per CNO Professional Standards. In addition, I have the
aptitude to work with multidisciplinary team through an ethical approach with the use of my
critical thinking abilities and appropriate clinical reasoning.
Furthermore, I have a strong written and verbal communication skill, proficient computer
literacy proven through work experience, flexible team player who prospers in a fast-paced work
environment, interpersonal and relationship building skills proven through work experience, and
