Based on the information I gathered, Backyard seems to be more unhealthier compared

to the other restaraunts. As a 21 year old female who requires 2,100 calories a day,
Backyard Burger wouldnt be a smart choice because of the high calories it holds for one
meal alone. McDonalds seems to be the healthiest out of all of them as crazy as it
sounds because no one would ever think Mcdonalds is healthy. As far as carbs goes,
everyone would be better off with choosing Mcdonalds or Burger King because it holds
less or right at 300 carbs for one meal and 300 carbs is the average amount everyone
ones diet should have, male or female, young or old.
