Respectfully forwarded to your Office are the original records of the subject
case, together with the draft Order, for further review and endorsement to the Regional
Director. The dispositive portion provides:
WHEREFORE, foregoing considered, it is
recommended that a proper action shall be initiated by the
Office of the Solicitor General for the cancellation of the
Original Certificate of Title (OCT) P-79162 in the name of
Domingo Pastor, covering Lot No. 4164, Pls-595 Ext. situated
in Mabantad, Cauayan, Isabela, through reversion
proceedings; and after the said lot had been reverted to the
State, Protestant Leoncia Vda. De Pastor shall file her
appropriate public land application covering the same lot.
SO ORDERED.

Please be informed that the same was reviewed and evaluated by this Office in
accordance with the provisions of public land laws and other issuances on public land
disposition.
