for

hours

cup
Jaggery/sugar
2. Add
sugar
and
boil
for
½
hour
on
medium

Dry
ginger
powder

Cumin
powder
3. Add
rest
of
the
spices
and
mix
well.

Chili

4. Serve
at
room
temperature

Notes:
You
can
substitute
tamarind
paste
for
mango
powder.
