Ms. Lederman has been Jay's teacher aide during this school year 2014-2015. Prior to school opening, at the orientation event, Ms. Lederman introduced herself to Jay and us (my wife and |). Ever since our introduction, Ms. Lederman has accomplished two important objectives with Jay in the following order: Qualitative aspect: first and foremost, Ms. Lederman established a strong kinship and rapport with Jay thereby gaining his trust and co-operation. 2. She has worked diligently to enhance my son’s tangible and measurable skills; namely, his ability to read and write, drawing simple figures, and basic math skills such as addition and subtraction. 1 To summarize, every time we have asked Jay whether he likes to learn from Ms. Lederman, he has ‘emphatically answered “Yes!” We too, whole-heartedly endorse Ms. Lederman for a teacher's role in Elementary School education.
