Memories of my childhood.
My childhood was spent during the 70s and 80s, in the city of Medellin; we were a
large family, consisting of six children, father, mother and grandmother, who also
lived with us.
The best memories of my life I have with my brothers, we were very united and we
liked to play a lot, I was third in age, we were three men and three women.
The days of our childhood passed quietly, we were going to school in the morn, and
in the evening when I get home we were doing homework, and then it was time to
play, we played football, we rode bikes, ran through the courtyard of the house, we
played until we were tired.
Sundays were special, sometimes we used to go for walks, we went swimming with
our parents, wore lunch and sat in a circle to enjoy this.
I remember well my grandmother, a tall woman with blue eyes and silver hair, who
always smiled with our antics and was protecting us when we were going to be
punished.
All the memories that I have of my childhood are the happiest of my life, a happy life
without major concerns, with a large family and unity. I remember being very happy
