I have recently completed the Practical Nursing program at the Humber Institute of
Technology and Advance Learning, and I will be writing CPNRE exam in the May of 2015.
In my clinical placement, I was able to perform physical assessment, mental status
examination, medication administrations, wound dressings, G tube feeding and male/female
catheter care, and activities for daily living. My clinical rotations provided me with strong
assessment skills, great patient care abilities and the best understanding of hospital policies
and procedures. During my studies and clinical experiences, I have been a dedicated and
highly efficient student, as well as a strong team member, endeavors to demonstrate
professionalism in both nurse-client and professional relationships. I am respectful and
sensitive to diverse cultural, ethnic differences among patients and colleagues.
Further, I was an experienced Registered Nurse in back home. In my 18 year health
service, I had an opportunity to work in medical units, operating room, mental health
department, and Out Door patient Department (OPD).
I firmly believe that the combination of my knowledge, skills, and experience would
contribute to enhance your service.
