STRENGTHS
Ms. Jacksons strengths as a teacher include flexibility, compassion, passion for children and
teaching, extremely hard worker, professionalism within a classroom. Another strength of Ms. Jackson as
a teacher is managing a classroom and building and maintaining a warm, successful learning classroom
environment. She creates experiences for her students through hands-on lab type of experiences during
reading and math activities throughout the day. I feel that her presentation skills are strong and reach
most of her students that impact their learning. Ms. Jackson motivates her students by presenting
interesting and engaging lesson without losing my audience. She shows the love of teaching, knowledge
subject matter mastery and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Ms. Jackson needs to be mindful of time when teaching and working with her students to make
sure she teaches all lessons for that day.
