    STRENGTHS

    1.

    Ms. Jasmine is planning and getting ready for her class on a weekly
    basis. She comes to school prepare and on time ready to teach and learn
    the effective way to help her students learn. Ms. Jackson sets many different
    speeds of delivery to maintain concentration; pause to make important
    points; use movement to reinforce important points. Ms. Jackson shows a
    special quality that every teacher should possess is a love and passion for
    teaching young people. She an effective teacher that is willing to think
    outside the box to make sure her students learn.

    WEAKNESSES

    Ms. Jackson needs to be sure of her teaching abilities to go ahead with her
    plans without hesitate on need approval from cooperating teacher.
