Respected Sir,
I submit hereby to state that our People for Animals-Trust land 0.5acres (out
of 6 acres)was encroached by BGS global hospitals group. This land belongs to
our wildlife hospital and rescue centre. I would like to share with you the
following points with respect to the above subject.
1. Our People for Animals Trust land was encroached by BGS global hospitals
Group,adjacent to People for Animals Trust office,Survey.No.67,KengeriUttarahalli Main road, Bangalore-560060.
2. We had sent letters to BGS global.We approached them personally.But no
improvements in getting back our land.
3. We are running non-profit non-governmental organization for a social cause.
We have no background financially and politically to fight with BGS, a mnc.
4. Disputed land belongs to us and we are going to construct shelter for
injured,displaced,orphaned,incapable wild animals.
We are going to construct Life time care shelter for our wildlife,Snake welfare
centre,Monkey life care centre.
5. We have no helping hands as we are ordinary ngos and we believe judiciary
only can render justice to get back our land for running this noble cause.This
disputed land belongs to our wildlife.
6. Were raising our voice for welfare of wildlife since 18+years and humbly
request you to raise voice for the welfare of wildlife run by PfA.
7.We are running this ngo through donations from ordinary public and so far we
have not received any funds from government.
Therefore, we humbly request you to take up this case and guide us in all the
court proceedings, represent for the People for Animals Trust to save our
wildlife. We believe and foresee WIN through favourable judgement that will
definitely come through you.
