Specialist
My role as Specialist involved providing assistance to
customers unsure about which Apple product model would be
appropriate for their needs. I shared my knowledge and
previous experience along with basic troubleshooting of any
queries or issues they had been experiencing. I played a
secondary role that involved assisting customers with a
personal setup of their newly purchased Apple product.

After completing the relevant training, I became certified to
repair and troubleshoot iOS apple devices and tutor One-toOne sessions in Apple software. I found my experience of
having interactions with customers whos devices were faulty
to be very useful. I developed my confidence in high-pressure
situations and gained communicative skills in situations where
I would need to explain a technical point in a non-technical
manor.

After completing the training course, O2 certified me to repair
smartphones and tablets in their Southampton store. I offered
advice with purchases, as well as training on how to use
smartphones and tablets.

INTERESTS
I have always admired good design
At the age of 13 I began to learn web
design, which led to me launching
web sites relating to the music
industry, from this my interest in
audio engineering grew.
My passion has always been music,
whether Im listening to an LP at
home or experiencing it live. I love
the art of perfecting the tone of a
recording to the degree where it is as
important to the song as the words
are.
These attributes were noticed by
Apple, who employed me as a
Specialist to assist customers with
any questions they might have. This
developed both my confidence and
knowledge of Apple computers and
devices. Later, I was promoted to
Family Room Specialist where I
developed skills in repairing faulty
devices and providing tutoring in
One-to-One sessions.
