Al Ain city (literally The Spring), also known as the Garden City due to its

greenery, is the second largest city in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the fourth
largest city in the United Arab Emirates. With a population of 374,000, it is located
approximately 160 km east of the capital Abu Dhabi and about 120 km south of
Dubai.

Contrary to the sprawling arid Gulf desert, Al Ain

is an oasis and attracts visitors throughout the
year to witness its pleasing surroundings.
Numerous lush parks and gardens have made Al
Ain the "Garden City of the Gulf.
The most beautiful park in town is the Paradise
Garden that originally opened in 2010 in a 7,000
square meter space.
At the time, there were 2,426 flower baskets with
plants imported from countries around the world,
including Italy, Uganda, the US and Japan.
The garden was enlarged in 2011 and now
occupies an area of 21,000 square meters and has
over 2.4 Km of corridors and walkways.
It now has 2,965 flower baskets, instead of the
previous 2,426 flower baskets, in addition to flower
pyramids. A theatre and a meeting area have also
been added to the park.
The garden achieved a Guinness world record for
the most hanging flower baskets in one park.

Come in, there is no entrance fee.
