Madam,
Apology for behaviour
Referring to the matter above, PISMP TESL Cohort 3, with the number of 83 members would
like to express our sincere apologies for our failure to comply with the rule of wearing formal
attire.
2.
We had failed to dress in formal attires for the TESL assembly that was held on
Thursday, 5 March 2015 in Dewan Dato Razali from 11pm-12pm due to our convenience of
dressing for the Sukantara event. When confronted, we had disregarded Madam Alizas
instruction to stay back after the TESL assembly to explain our actions of behaviour.

We realised that our behaviour was inappropriate, inexcusable and disrespectful. We
could imagine the hurt and distress that we have caused, the damage that it has done to our
relationship and your reputation.
4.
We would appreciate the opportunity to put right our wrongs and prove to you that we
have learned from our mistake. You can expect better and more appropriate behaviour from us
in the future. We have learned from this experience and understand that a certain level of refrain
and professionalism is expected of us in this institution. We believe acquiring this insight will
allow us to learn and grow and prevent similar issues in the future.

We recognize your dedication to education and your commitment to instill in us the
knowledge we need to succeed as excellent teachers-to-be. We hope we can continue to learn
and grow under your leadership. We hope that we can put this matter behind us.
