Material Master Data Coordinator

Job Description
The Material Master Data Coordinator is the ultimate responsible for administering the creation and
maintenance of SAP Material Master Records. He/She is a key member of the Data Management Team
and establishes the appropriate data governance to ensure that high quality material master data are
achieved and maintained.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of material master data creation and
update activities
Responsible for the maintenance of Material Master Records and the involvement of the
appropriate stakeholders utilizing established workflows
Support the operational efficiency of the departments involved in the Master Data Records
creation and update processes
Respond to inquiries from stakeholders concerning the Master Data Records creation and update
processes
Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the Material Master Data management
process
Support process improvements and pro-actively identify process enhancements opportunities
Job Requirements
A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
preferably in supply chain, engineering or related area is desirable, or equivalent combination of
education and experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in a material master data related role is highly
desirable
Experience in the Aerospace sector would be a big advantage
Good PC literacy and good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Knowledge of International Air Transport (IATA) dangerous goods regulations, Aircraft Illustrated
Parts Catalogue (IPC), and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM)
Fluent in English both written and spoken. Spoken German is appreciated
