Implant

Dental implant is an artificial tooth that is surgically placed within the

bone of the jaw or skull. They are usually used to replace missing teeth.
They are placed to support a dental prosthesis such as a crown, bridge,
denture, facial prosthesis or to act as an orthodontic anchor.

Osseous surgery
The procedure is used to smooth and reshape the affected bone and create
a shallow pocket that makes it more difficult for the more aggressive
bacteria to survive. The surgery includes a thorough cleaning of the root
surface. This makes it harder for the bacteria to grow and to make it easier
for the body to work toward self-repair Surgery that helps to retain the
tooth and creates an environment for better homecare for the patient

Soft tissue grafting

Soft tissue grafting is a surgical procedure in which they take tissue
from the palate or another source area in the mouth and added to
an area where the tooth roots have become exposed due to gums
recession. This procedure is to help prevent tooth decay,
periodontal disease and sensitivity by covering the root of the tooth.

Crown lengthening
Surgical procedure to expose more of the tooth surface by
pulling the gum tissue back when there is not enough tooth
exposed to restore the tooth. This can be because the tooth
fractured at the gum line. The tooth is then able to be restored
with usually a crown or filling.
