Giraffe News Caen Science Fair 34, 4th, 5th, 6" grades win ‘There was a science fair at South Hampton Elementary ‘School last weekend the children came up with some novel ideas. They may be the first astronauts to Mars. Seeing how they came up with projects that seemed to solve some road blocks to space travel. The children ene eN Count School. Susie Smith was from the fifth grade and Joey Doe was from sixth grade. ‘The words were egalitarian and locomotion which were very difficult and took some time to find a winner from the categories. The two winners put up a good college try and came out Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein came up with a different propulsion system that would take astronauts to Mars ina much shorter time then N.AS.A thought would be possible. Spelling Bee Two students win spelling bee. ‘The spelling bee was won by two students that attend South Hampton Elementary winning the tournament. ‘The other winners were Tammy Doe from 3* grade and Josh Smith from 4! grade; they attended Miller Elementary. Spelling words for the day are Elephant, rooster, thinoceros, train, lion, ship, and giraffe.
