There are a variety of Government and Non-Government promotion initiatives/strategies to assist individuals to improve their level of physical activity. 1. Investigate and report upon a strategy. Provide an overview of the strategy and highlight the target audience; does it meet the required guidelines? 2. Reflect upon and identify the relevant subjective and objective methods that can be used to measure physical activity within this strategy. Provide examples to back up your discussion. 3. Identify the target group for which this strategy is most appropriate. 4. Analyse whether this program could meet all National physical Activity guidelines. 5. Finally analyse this program against a social ecological model within each stage of the component what strategies are evident.
