We are writing to request from your kind office to allow us to conduct a
tree-planting and coastal clean-up activity on April 11, 2015 at 8am in Punta
Dumalag. This activity will be participated in by the staff of the office of
Councilor Mabel Sunga-Acosta, as well as students from the Ateneo de Davao
University College of Law. This will be part of the student's requirements in
their Environmental Law class under Atty. Jeffrey Jefferson Coronel.
We hope that you will allow us to conduct the activity on the said date
and time. We will coordinate with your barangay office regarding the details
of the activity such as the specific area where we will be allowed to conduct
the activity and other important matters.
