Daily Nutrient Recommendation


Submit a list of your own daily nutrient recommendations for dietary planning
based on the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs).
The Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) denotes nutrient reference values that are
scientifically based and decided for a healthy population. The DRIs for diverse groups of
nutrients have been constructed. The values of DRIs are used by non-governmental
organizations, governments and nutrition practitioners to plan and evaluate a population groups
or individuals nutrient intakes. Four types of reference value fall under the domain of Dietary
Reference Intakes (DRIs): Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL), Adequate Intake (AI),
Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) and Estimated Average Requirement (EAR). A list of
my own dietary recommendations for dietary planning based on the Dietary Reference Intakes
(DRIs) is as follow:
