My name is Ashley Bartosz and I would like to apply for the Division of Criminal Investigation Internship
position at the Wausau Regional Office for the Fall of 2015. You need an intern with meticulous
observational skills and excellent decision-making abilities. My experience as an intern for the Office of the
Attorney General for the District of Columbia and status as a junior criminal justice student make me an ideal
candidate to intern with the DCI.
Upon graduation, I plan to pursue a career in law enforcement, more specifically criminal investigations. I
currently attend Saint Xavier University in Chicago and have already completed 74.00 credits. I posses strong
organization,research, and interpersonal skills. I am a motivated, hard working individual, with excellent writing skills. I am
flexible with work, whether it be independent or team work. I have interest in and have knowledge of the criminal justice
system and how it functions. Lastly, I think critically and get my ideas and opinions across to others while being open to
their input as well.
