administrator position. I have worked with Alaina for the last six years in my role as Teacher
Consultant assigned to her district.
Alaina was an excellent resource room teacher. She had many varied educational approaches
she used with students, she integrated technology to make learning accessible for all students
and accommodated the needs of her students in the general education setting daily.
Now, Alaina is an excellent Assistant Principal. Alaina has the professional and personal skills
that make her an effective leader. She is organized, knowledgeable, and is an effective
communicator. I have worked with her both in and out of the classroom and anything she takes
on she does an exceptional job with it.
Alaina has a tremendous work ethic and is always extraordinarily organized. She has the trust of
students, their families, and the staff. Alaina is a natural leader. She is enthusiastic,
knowledgeable about both curriculum and behavior and is inspiring to those who know her. I
