As a response to the job posting by Meridian Charter Township for the Police Cadet
position, I have enclosed my resume for the job. I am sure that my skills and
accomplishments will be good qualifiers for my consideration for the position.
I have taken classes in law enforcement and have almost earned 9 college credits towards
a degree in Criminal Justice. I have many good soft skills such as being, good at
communicating clearly with others and having good problem solving skills. I have been
interesting in pursuing a career in law enforcement. I am also a member of Boy Scouts,
which has given me a lot of skills that I feel will be helpful to the Police Cadet position,
such as first aid knowledge and good people skills.
