Describe in DETAIL the steps you will need to take in order to prepare
for this activity:
I will just need to make sure the weather is ok and if not plan
accordingly.

Describe in DETAIL why you believe this activity is DAP. Use the NAEYC
the Developmentally Appropriate Practice Manual and cite references to
support your statement.
I believe this activity is DAP because it allows the children to
listen for their colors while getting exercise.

Explain in DETAIL exactly how you will present this activity to the
children.
I will tell the children we are going to go outside and play a
game.

I will describe the game and how to play it, and then go over

some general rules so no body gets hurt.

Explain in DETAIL how you will bring the activity to a close and send

After we have done the activity a couple of times, and talk about
our colors I will let the children go play on their own back at the
playground.

tell me what they are.
