Led, managed and executed on program of donor development and supporter engagement. Directly communicated and facilitated
relationships with nearly a million supporters and donors (hundreds directly by phone and hundreds of thousands by email). Gathered,
maintained, analyzed and managed data on a thousand recurring donors. Daily application of Salesforce and StayClassy software for
creating and managing donor campaigns and data. Directly responsible for summer base revenue goal and exceeded revenue target.
Exercised primary responsibility for researching major donors and philanthropic institutions for the CEO and leadership team. Sole
responsibility for organization of data and information of $100,000 Defenders of Tomorrow campaign. Responsible for the organization
and shipment of supporter merchandise gifts.
Advocacy Campaign Development and Execution
Assisted in developing and leading Congressional advocacy campaign to mobilize constituents to secure Congressional letter to the
President calling for increased Administration support for Counter-LRA operations. Campaigned successfully secured signatures of 76
bi-partisan Members of Congress.

International Social Services Volunteer


2012
International Justice Mission, Guatemala City
Organized and ran sports camps for child victims of sexual assault in Guatemala. Designed and planned out activities for the camp.
Responsible for collecting and distributing supplies for the camp. Managed the daily schedule of recreational and educational activities
for thirty to forty children. Responsible for cleaning and preparing a building to be reopened as an aftercare home for children who were
victims of abuse, including the painting of a large mural in the entryway of the aftercare building.

Youth Soccer Coach

Taught kids fundamental soccer skills, along with teamwork and sportsmanship. Designed practices that were
engaging, fun, and developed the children's' soccer skills. Responsible for all clear and timely communication with
parents regarding equipment, uniforms, snack schedules, and updates on times and locations. Officiated the games and
maintained a fair rotation schedule of play time.
