Activities
Science: SCI.ES.2.2 Identify two or more parts of
a plant. Monday: Students will be introduced to a
plant and the different parts of the plant. The
student will then complete 2 cut and paste
worksheets.
Tuesday: Students will continue to talk about the
parts of the plant. They will create a plant and
then label the parts.
Wednesday: Students will continue to talk about
he part of the plant. Students will complete a
worksheet labeling the parts of a plant. He will
also complete a graphing worksheet about parts
of a plant.
Thursday: Students will complete an activity
where they place a lima bean in a zip block bag
and will water it each day and watch it grow.
Friday: Students will water their lima beans. They
will then complete a worksheet to show they
know the parts of a plant.
Math M.ES.2.2 (3) ID time to the hour using a
digital clock using manipulative clock.
Monday: Student will use Starfall and complete
clock matching on the interactive board.
Tuesday: Complete a cut and paste matching
worksheet.
Wednesday: Use Starfall and worksheet to help
tell time using a analog clock.
Thursday: Give student an analog clock and ask
him to make the correct times.
Friday: Student will complete cut and paste
worksheet and also use the manipulative to make
the time.

Math: M.ES.3.4 Identify half and whole.
Monday: Jordan will cut out shapes (circle,
triangle, square, and heart) and place this on a
sheet in the correct column.
Tuesday: Jordan will once again complete
Mondays worksheet, but will also draw in the
shapes into another worksheet with the same
column.
Wednesday: Students will complete an activity
where they are seeing what a whole object, such
a fruit or a ball looks on the inside. Then they will
complete another activity where they match the
whole to the half.
Thursday: Students will once again sort halves
and wholes and match the whole object with the
half object.
Friday: Students will create an object with play
dough and show what it looks like as a whole and
what it looks like if it were split in half.
