experience with various steel structural components and have recently completed a degree in
Civil Engineering focusing on structures.
My experience in steel roof systems has helped in learning more about the processes involved in
construction and installation of joists and girders. This position also gave me the opportunity to
learn about other structural materials such as concrete, masonry, wood and other metal structural
elements. This experience focused mainly on industrial buildings and large assembly halls. This
fueled my desire to go into structural engineering to be able to utilize these skills to the fullest.
Since then I have been able to learn many programs such as REVIT and AutoCAD that have
become very useful tools in the engineering field as you know. I have a background in
management which I have used to lead teams to successfully complete many projects in an
effective manner.
