FRANK M. CASTELLA JR.

Frank M. Castella Jr. is owner of AM Direct Mail, Inc. and co-owner of

Harmon and Castella Printing, Inc. and A Black Tie Limousine, Inc. After
three generations of quality, service and steady growth, inspiration has
led him to take the family printing practice to a new level. Frankie has
been integral in elevating the printing business by 250% - leading the
market into new advanced equipment and technology. Since joining the
family business in 2000, his changes have resulted in multi-faceted
technological challenges causing a transformation in business strategy
and planning. A family partnership has allowed him to share the
enjoyment of the businesses with his late grandmother, Ruth Hutchings;
parents, Frank and Karen, and Aunt, Jill Berg.

In 2003, Frankie purchased an existing direct mail company with an

established Hudson Valley base, since 1980. Welcoming the existing
employees, AM Direct Mail, Inc. was moved into Poughkeepsie. Utilizing
new technology sales were boost by over 200%.

In 2007, Frankie partnered with Michael Jubie and Evan Thompson to

form A Black Tie Limousine, combining forces with Frank Castella Sr. and
Castle Horse Drawn Carriage Company. The Saugerties based company
has quickly grown, catering to many noteworthy clients throughout the
Valley including Jimmy Fallon, The Beach Boys, Blake Shelton, Little Big
Town, Levon Helm and Jake Owen.

As if working for oneself is not enough, Frankie has been involved for
eighteen years with one of the largest and most successful haunted
theme parks, Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Houses, Inc.
Headless Horseman is a young and heavily watched industry leader
attracting visitors to travel from all over the world.

Frankie is a graduate of Arlington Central School District, Dutchess

Community College and Albany University with a degree in business and
marketing. He is the recipient of the 2007 United States Small Business
Administration, Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and many
community service recognition awards. Through volunteer efforts, he
works diligently with leaders to achieve education excellence. His
commitment to community is evidenced by the many hours he spends
assisting local businesses and non-profit organizations. His personal
aspiration is to give forth opportunity, the same or greater, to the next
generation.
