The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in


identifying a suspect wanted for multiple thefts from local fitness club locker
rooms between November 2009 and January 2010. This suspect took wallets,
cell phones and currency from gym patron’s unattended property and locked
lockers. Victim’s credit and debit cards were subsequently used to make
fraudulent purchases in Bakersfield, Shafter, and Wasco.

The suspect is depicted in the attached video surveillance photograph. He is


described as a Caucasian or Hispanic male 30’s, 5’10” to 6’0” tall, between 220
to 230 lbs, having short dark hair.

The suspect has been observed in a dark SUV (possibly an Isuzu Trooper) and
may have also been in a dark blue Chevy Impala (possibly a 2005 model).
