T: Drug Addiction is a problem that affects every being in todays society, it messes with
a persons stability, mentality, and overall outlook on life.

R: Aside from that it also limits those to succeed and lowers the self worth.

I: 40 to 60 percent of drug addicts will relapse from their plan of treatment

I: Between 2004 and 2005, an estimated 71,000 children (18 or younger) were seen in
EDs each year because of medication overdose (excluding self-harm, abuse and
recreational drug use).4
I: Every day in the United States, 120 people die as a result of drug overdose,
A: Being aware of this situation is the first step in making any type of progress.
A: It is not only the statistics one should know but also what causes the addictions to
occur.
C: Drug addiction is an extremely dangerous issue harmful to everyone and will most
certainly ruin your life and the lives around you
