    REMARKS/RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE INSPECTION OFFICER:

    Formal inspection of 3rd & 4th 2014 Quarter of PS has been carried
    out by undersigned. During this period total 306 cases was registered,236
    Challaned, 17 incomplete challaned, 50 cancelled, 20 untraced 9249970 stolen
    property and 3478770 recovered. In year01.07.13 to 31.12.13, 420 cases were
    registered,312 challaned ,17 incomplete challaned, 71 cancelled 37 cases
    untraced ,7630650 stolen property and 2987000 recovered..Instruction has
    been issued for the arrest of remaining POs, CAs. Proceeding u/s 88 CrPC
    was not initiated. Recovery in property cases is not satisfactory. It is directed
    to recover the large number of recovered properties. Moreover history sheets
    of POs is not updated. Efforts should be made for its completion. Cleaning
    condition of PS was found satisfactory and up to the marks.

    Challaned, 07 incomplete challaned, 15 cancelled, 02 untraced 3003000 stolen
    property and 1990100 recovered. In year01.07.13 to 31.12.13, 131 cases were
    registered,92 challaned, 37 cancelled 02 cases untraced ,6313700 stolen
    property and 1718500 recovered..Instruction has been issued for the arrest of
    remaining POs, CAs. Proceeding u/s 88 CrPC was not initiated. Recovery in
    property cases is not satisfactory. It is directed to recover the large number of
    recovered properties. Moreover history sheets of POs is not updated. Efforts
    should be made for its completion. Cleaning condition of PS was found
    satisfactory and up to the marks.
