    Dear Mrs. Hearns:
    I believe every child is a unique individual who deserve a secure, caring, welcoming
    atmosphere. It is my responsibility as an educator to provide every child with the
    appropriate learning materials that will help them to excel to their fullest potential; by
    providing an environment that is safe, allow risk- taking, and promotes creative ideas.
    With this in mind, I am here to ensure the best is brought out of every child. Children are
    allowed to explore their natural curiosity that is directed towards learning. I will promote
    respect toward individuals and the materials in the center. I am here to encourage the
    children to learn new things. I will present curriculum plans that the children are
    interested in to make learning part of our life.
