SOAR is a statewide nonprofit organization


dedicated to providing
professional mental health
services to victims of sexual
trauma and their families
regardless of their ability to
pay.

Demographics
Target population: adults, adolescents, child
survivors of sexual abuse and assault.
Non-offending partners
Non-offending family members
Helps those individuals who cant afford to pay
for services or treatment.
Provides outreach programs to community
organizations and businesses.
Has four primary locations (New Castle County,
Newark, Dover and Lewes) that offer convenient
counseling space to clients throughout the state.
