Invitation Design and Description
Invitation Design and Description
Invitation Design and Description
was
the
graphic
design
that
Inspired
PRs
Creative
Director
made
through
Photoshop
and
Indesign.
The
design
was
used
for
the
Ghost
of
Governors
Past
invitations.
All
members
of
Inspired
PR
helped
decide
what
the
invitation
should
say.
In
addition
to
this,
we
brainstormed
ideas
of
what
we
wanted
the
invitation
to
look
like.
After
this,
our
Creative
Director
took
our
ideas
and
crafted
the
invitation.
We
kept
putting
in
input
until
we
all
agreed
on
the
invitation.
I
helped
brainstorm
ideas
and
also
looked
over
the
content
of
the
message
to
check
for
grammatical
errors.
We
wanted
the
initiations
to
be
similar
to
a
postcard,
as
it
would
make
them
easy
to
address.
It
would
also
allow
us
to
pass
them
out
to
students
and
young
professionals.
The
invitation
was
created
on
March
6
and
ordered
on
March
9.
We
used
the
Constant
Contact
list
that
FHL
has
and
sent
them
out
to
members.
Inspired
PR
wanted
the
members
of
FHL
to
receive
the
invitation
in
the
mail;
however,
we
also
wanted
non-members
to
have
access
to
the
invitation
as
well.
After
the
invitations
were
sent,
we
distributed
extras
in
Free
Speech
Alley
on
LSUs
Campus.
We
also
handed
them
out
at
Calvins
Market
and
posted
them
on
Facebook,
helping
us
reach
a
larger
audience.
