Conditions of employment
Having gone through the class I have learnt the different ways to approach these said duties
in a positive light in order to keep what is called a Pure/ Positive Environment. We were
thought to Rain Values onto employees so as to have them love where they are and look
forward to come even when they do not have to. We were also task with finding a random
policy manual for a Company to purify it and take out things that would have a negative
effect in the long run that we sometimes do not think about or miss. In addition we were
given real life scenarios which we were to find a way to deal with but still in a positive light
as best as we could.
Now in terms of Marketing, the purpose of this role is for someone to do research so well that
advertising is not needed. Reason being is because we would have already figured out what
exactly is the need and want for their target markets. The duties of such a role vary depending
on the business but can usually include the following:
Ensuring timely delivery and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
I feel comfortable with these duties for the reason that I had the opportunity to have work
with them in my majority of my marketing courses. I have created my own company and
brand twice now to provide a product for both a local and international target market and was
successful in my thorough research, planning, budgeting and delivery. It is a challenge I will
greatly accept and tackle, by applying my knowledge and experience in play like times
before.
Throughout it has pleased me to work with others and help them with what they are doing or
getting were they need to go. In essence I love seeing people pleased with what they get or do
or even see. Whether it is Human Resources or Marketing I end up working in I would hope
it is both hands on field work and office work as oppose to being an office mouse all day.
However I am also well aware that as one climbs up the latter into higher positions, is more
of a desk job, which will be fine in a couple of years.
In my studies I have found out the most important position to be a Managerial position
because no matter the field or work a manager is very important to oversee the daily tasks.
This is what my field is ultimately making me out to be once I am well established within the
working field after a couple years of experience and work excellence in the organization I am
in. A company or organization cannot work without a manager leading or overseeing
activities he or she must:

Learning to handle and accomplish all these duties are thought in majority of the classes I
have taken in my field. We business and marketing students have been taught the following
which leads into knowing how to do the duties above.
