Taco Bell (July 2000-January 2010)


Market Training Manager
 Responsible for the operations of a multi-million dollar unit. Job
included recruitment, hiring and staffing, customer satisfaction, and
managing profit and loss. Also responsible for training managers for
other locations, both internal and external candidates.
 2001-Promoted to Store Manager after 8 months as an Assistant Manager.
 2002-Won “Golden Bell” achievement for having the 3rd best store in the company.
 2004-Transferred to highest volume store in Rockford. Promoted 17 people within the store
and to other locations.
 2004-Became Market Training Coach.
 2006-Became only certified Pizza Hut training manager for Taco Bell in Illinois.
 2006-Runner-up in Regional “Golden Bell” contest
 2008-Transferred to a location where I raised Customer Satisfaction scores.

H&R Block (December 1999-March 2009)


Office Manager and Tax Preparer
 In my 2 years as office managers, increased sales and other key matrixes to “turn around” a
troubled location.
 The following years I worked as a part time tax preparer.

Sales Subcontractor for Water Treatment Companies (June 1990-


December 1999)
 Door to door sales of water softeners, purifiers, filtration systems, and air purification
systems.
