Dear Human Resource Department,

I am writing with the regards of one day being able to be a part of the DiMare Fresh company and help the
company grow. I am a current resident of Merced County and I believe I have the interest, skills, and
qualifications to be apart of the DiMare Fresh Company. Pascual Orozco, Harvest Manager of the DiMare
company spoke to me regarding the job opportunity and believes I have what it takes to be apart of the
company.
I am a Merced High School agriculture student who is currently enrolled in Ms. Clintons Horticulture class.
Throughout the year, I have gained knowledge and skills in plant identification, plant care and maintenance,
and various aspects of the nursery and landscape industry. My personal strengths are that Im bilingual in
Spanish with reading, writing and speaking, I get along well with others, have good communication skills and I
always look forward to learning something new everyday. I have been working in the agriculture business
since I was young and have gained a lot of experience throughout the years.
