Apple Bread Pudding

I used grated and sliced apples. It's juicy inside, and


the granulated sugar gives crunchy texture on the
outside. **

Halve the apple, then slice up half of it. Grate


the other half and combine with marked
ingredients and make egg mixture.

Tear the bread into pieces and place in a oven


proof dish. Pour over the egg mixture and let
the bread absorb the liquid.

Spread the apple slices on top, pressing them


into the egg mixture.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and granulated sugar


and bake in the 200 oven (without
preheating) for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients (2 servings)
Sliced bread

2 slices

Egg

Milk

100 ml

Sugar

1 tablespoon

Apple

1/2

Granulated sugarcinnamon

as needed

I wanted to make bread pudding with apples.

Helpful Hints
I used round bread but if you want to use regular white bread, use 2 slices (from 8
slices). Adding grated apple and letting the bread absorb the egg mixture makes it
fluffy.
