2015/2016 Mount Prospect Student Directory

Cover Artwork
For the 2015/2016 school year the PTO is looking for artwork for the cover of the
Mount Prospect Student Directory.
This project is open to students in 4th grade ONLY.
Requirements:
Student must be a current 4th grade student at Mount Prospect School.
Entries must be on the contest paper provided (see Mrs. Bivona for the paper).
Entries must be 4.5 X 6.5 inches, VERTICAL.
Entries must include a drawing of something that relates to Mount Prospect School.
Entries can be in: marker, crayon, colored pencil or paint.
NO PASTEL or OIL PASTEL.
You design should be BOLD!
If words are included they must be SPELLED CORRECTLY and you must be able to
READ THEM CLEARLY!
No computer generated artwork will be accepted.
Entries must be original artwork of the student NO CLIP ART.
1 (one) Entry will be selected as the cover of the Mount Prospect School Directory.
Entries are due Thursday, May 21, 2015.
Students will be notified before the last day of school (14-15).
Any entry not meeting the above criteria will NOT be judged.
