1. Remember that a positive deflection indicates electrical activity moving toward
the green

wave) in your EKG tracing from Part I of this experiment. According to this data, does

normal setup, the first spikes in each pulse (the R spike) was positive; when the clips switched
sides in Part II, it became negative, indicating that the normal passage of current is from left to
