Station Four: Physical FitnessSelf-Evaluation Requirements

These requirements are for people who have completed the self-evaluation because they have
opted out of the pushups. The Participants will put in reasonable amounts for each exercise
then they will turn them in to you for you to grade how many points they will get. A passing
score is 12 points, not many people will achieve this. Use the push up grading scale in place of
the pushups please. They can ignore the pull ups. This is a real self-evaluation sheet from the
FBI

Sit-ups:
30= 1 point
45=2 points
70= 3 points

300 meter dash (sprint):


** Fun fact: the worlds fastest 300 meter dash is 30.85 seconds

73 seconds= 1 point

Females
77 seconds= 1 point

65 seconds= 2 points

72 seconds= 2 points

63 seconds= 3 points

67 seconds= 3 points

1.5 mile (sprint distance):

12:50= 1 point

12:00= 2 point

12:30= 2 points

11:20= 3 point

12:05= 3 points
